橫梁吊具使用方法及注意事項(xiàng)

1.移動(dòng)天車，使天車吊鉤與吊梁的吊環(huán)連接，當(dāng)起升到合適高度后，察看吊梁是  否水平，吊鏈?zhǔn)欠翊蚪Y(jié)。

2.然后移動(dòng)主粱，到被吊物上方，用連接索具與被吊物連接，然后緩慢提升天車。

3.試吊平衡天車提升后，主粱平衡度應(yīng)小于1°，用肉眼觀察承載梁是否處于平衡狀態(tài)，當(dāng)完全處于平衡狀態(tài)時(shí)，即可進(jìn)行吊運(yùn)。

4.負(fù)載試吊負(fù)載試吊過程就是整體準(zhǔn)備的最后過程，操作的全部過程的最后部分，應(yīng)緩慢提升負(fù)載，當(dāng)剛剛離地時(shí)，停止提升，觀察整體受力情況，然后緩慢放松負(fù)載，如沒有異常，方可正常吊運(yùn)。

        吊運(yùn)注意事項(xiàng)

1、吊梁使用前首先目視橫梁梁體有無變形、裂紋、焊縫開焊等異?，F(xiàn)象。試吊過程要滿足負(fù)載的運(yùn)行路線，環(huán)境條件，確定起升和放升位置，對(duì)有影響起吊一律不能吊運(yùn)，對(duì)于主吊梁配備的索具（T8級(jí)高強(qiáng)合金鏈條），使用時(shí)不能變位、打結(jié)。

2、試吊過程中，梁體負(fù)載有異常響聲、變形、裂紋立即停止試吊。

3、當(dāng)試吊成功后，才能進(jìn)行起吊、吊運(yùn)，在吊運(yùn)過程中讓有關(guān)人員必須明白識(shí)別標(biāo)志，讓操作人員看得見的通訊聯(lián)絡(luò)。

4、在吊運(yùn)負(fù)載時(shí)，不允許超載使用，梁體必須處于平穩(wěn)狀態(tài)，梁體不能產(chǎn)生擺動(dòng)，防止梁體失去平衡，釀成安全事故。

5、負(fù)載下邊嚴(yán)禁站人，禁止人工扶載。
